Cartoon Network inspired Employees Week
Industry

Scope of work
End-to-end Planning and Execution for a Corporate Event
Duration
1 week

Challenge
One Theme. Seven Days. Hundreds of Stories.
Associate Appreciation Week needed to feel bigger than a single event. The challenge was to create a unifying experience that could energize employees throughout the week while building anticipation for the grand finale.
The event required a visual language that could seamlessly connect multiple touchpoints—from the opening-day celebrations and engagement activities to the final awards and performance showcase. It needed to be fun, inclusive, and immersive while resonating with employees across departments.

Goal
Turn Appreciation into an Experience
To not only deliver a high-quality production, but also ensure the show ran seamlessly in real time.
• Execute the design vision with accuracy and speed.
• Build across zones within a compressed timeline.
• Orchestrate the show flow without friction.
• Maintain consistency, control, and responsiveness on-ground.

Solution
Bringing Cartoon Network to Life
We approached this as both a production sprint and a live show system.
Translated the brief into actionable build plans immediately; locking vendors, materials, and timelines within hours.
Simultaneous on-ground builds across zones to meet the 48-hour deadline.
Managed cues, transitions, and on-ground coordination to ensure the event flowed smoothly from start to finish.
Stayed adaptive on-site; handling last-minute changes, timing shifts, and live challenges without disruption.
Bridged production and show flow, ensuring what was built also functioned flawlessly during the event.
