Finding Direction in Unfamiliar Waters
An orientation week is often a student's first real introduction to college life. Constellation 2026 needed to welcome a new batch of students and their parents into an unfamiliar environment while setting the tone for the journey ahead.
The challenge was to translate the theme Find Your North into a cohesive event experience across three days of formal sessions, speaker addresses, student club showcases, and live entertainment, while managing the production and technical requirements of a multi-level venue.

To create a cohesive, immersive environment that brought Polaris School of Technology's vision to life while ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, speakers, and performers.

Solution
Bringing the North Star to Life
Inspired by sailors navigating unfamiliar waters, we built the event's visual language around the idea of Polaris as the North Star, guiding students as they begin their journeys.
Concept-Led Design - Translated the nautical narrative into event creatives, stage design, entrance arch, photo booths, and fabrication elements.
Production & Fabrication - Brought the visual identity to life through on-ground builds and event installations.
Technical Execution - Managed event AV, sound, and live-streaming requirements, including audio coverage across all three levels of the venue.
Three-Day Show Delivery - Supported speaker sessions, leadership addresses, student club showcases, and formal programming, culminating in a concert-style performance by singer Jinny on the final day.
