Genea brought 100 team members together at W Goa, Vagator, for a three-day offsite that combined business, collaboration and team celebrations. The brief called for more than a conference. It needed a connected experience that could move seamlessly between business sessions, shared moments and evening celebrations, while reflecting Genea’s identity as a residential technology company.

To create a cohesive offsite experience around the idea of unlocking new possibilities. Inspired by Genea’s work in residential technology, the concept brought the language of homes, access and future potential into the event’s visual identity, while creating a well-planned itinerary that balanced focused business sessions with opportunities for the team to connect beyond the workplace.
Solution
An Offsite Designed as One Experience
3 Roles brought the three-day offsite to life at W Goa, Vagator, managing the experience from itinerary planning and venue coordination to concept development, creative design, production and show flow.
Built around the theme Unlocking What’s Next, the visual language carried through the conference and its surrounding touchpoints. From personalised arrival essentials to artist coordination and a human-logo drone photograph bringing all 100 attendees together, each element was designed to make the gathering more engaging and memorable.
Beyond the conference, the itinerary balanced business with opportunities for the team to connect outside the workplace. A Boho Night at Masaya brought everyone together for an evening of music and celebration, followed the next day by a group trek and an evening party at Noah.
By bringing together business sessions, outdoor experiences and celebrations, 3 Roles shaped a multi-day offsite that gave the team different ways to connect, collaborate and celebrate.
