From Brief to Build in 48 Hours
A large-scale, multi-zone conference needed to be executed within 48 hours. The brief came in just two days before the event, leaving no room for iteration cycles or delays. The challenge wasn’t just building the environment, it was also preparing to manage a live, dynamic show with multiple moving parts, stakeholders, and audience flows.

• Design a modular structure that could withstand repeated assembly and transportation.
• Encourage customers to explore, try, and interact with luxury products naturally.
Solution
Turning Plans into Presence
We transformed Epik Select's home-demo concept into a premium, portable retail experience.
Created a walk-in wardrobe aesthetic that felt familiar, making the luxury shopping experience feel more personal and approachable.
Integrated shelves, drawers, and mirrors inspired by luxury boutiques to encourage customers to explore and try products naturally.
Incorporated Epik's blue and yellow identity, with a signature lightning-inspired feature panel that doubled as a branding and information element.
Engineered the stall for repeated assembly and dismantling, ensuring it could be deployed across multiple residential communities without compromising on quality or finish.
